Posh South Beach Hostel

the place is nice and clean, good if you want to make friends, but honestly if you want to sleep it’s not happening. Everybody snores so loud it’s almost impossible to get any sleep, some people leave their alarms off for 4 minutes to 5 minutes, and a lady was up at 7AM screaming at someone on her phone. place is nice but don’t go there if you want to sleep

I had a prepaid reservation through Booking.com and arrived at Posh South Beach on time for check-in. I was willing and able to pay the required security deposit. However, I was denied accommodation because I did not have a physical payment card. I presented the same card used for the reservation through my banking application, showed valid government-issued identification, and offered to pay the security deposit using Apple Pay. These payment methods were refused. After the incident, the hotel stated that the requirement for a physical payment card had been disclosed before booking. However, the Booking.com reservation information available to me did not clearly state that a physical card was mandatory. It only stated that the payment card used for the reservation had to be presented. As a result, despite having a valid prepaid reservation and arriving for check-in, I was denied accommodation and did not receive the service I had paid for. I attempted to resolve the matter directly with the hotel and through Booking.com, but my refund request was denied. I encourage future guests to carefully verify the property's payment requirements before booking and, if possible, obtain written confirmation in advance if they intend to use a virtual card or digital wallet.

I went 3 times to this hotel in June, all 3 times I paid a security deposit of 50 dollars, they never returned my deposits, they remained a month in my account and then disappeared without a refund. Don't go to this hotel,
