- 1-star. Do not stay here. I checked in and found visible mold/mildew all over the bed skirt and the sofa upholstery in the room — not a small spot, it was spread across multiple areas of the fabric (see photos). It looked like it had been there for a long time and was never cleaned. The room smelled musty the second I walked in, which should have been my first warning. I did not feel safe staying in a room with mold exposure, so I checked out immediately after checking in — I never even used the bed. This is a basic health and sanitation failure, not just a cosmetic issue. For a room advertised as "standard," this is completely unacceptable. To make things worse, when I went to the front desk to request a refund, the staff member was extremely rude and dismissive about the whole situation, as if a moldy room was no big deal. Zero accountability, zero customer service. Avoid this property until they've had their furniture and bedding professionally cleaned or replaced. I'm still working with Booking.com to get a refund since I couldn't stay in the room at all.

Do not book at this hotel. Pictures online are very out dated. Worst experience at a hotel ever. Roaches and dirty bedsheets. When asked for a refund. The staff will tell you they don't know how to process a refund. Managers are unresponsive when called. They will rebuttle your dispute with your credit card company and say they attempted to resolve with you. They will lie and make sure you don't get a refund. This place is dirty and an awful hotel to deal with.
