Vacations at the Alexander Hotel

Our stay was extremely disappointing. The photos online did not accurately represent the property, and the overall experience fell far short of expectations. The customer service was one of the biggest issues. Both the front desk and pool staff were consistently rude and unhelpful. Housekeeping was essentially nonexistent during our stay—we had to go downstairs ourselves to get clean towels and toilet paper. The elevators were incredibly slow, creating long waits throughout the day. On the day we checked out, we waited nearly 20 minutes just to get an elevator down with all of our luggage. The pool towel policy was also frustrating. One day, the towel attendant refused to give us clean beach towels until we returned all six towels that had been checked out, even though members of our group were still at the pool actively using them. It was an unnecessarily rigid policy that made no sense for families. Overall, this property did not deliver the level of service or quality that was advertised. Between the misleading photos, poor customer service, lack of housekeeping, and operational issues, I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.

We rented an apartment from a private owner through a well-known website. The apartment was at Alexandra Hotel. The hotel had two pools, but unfortunately they were not perceived as very clean, which negatively affected the overall impression. The location was not quite as central as we expected. It was located a bit from South Beach and felt somewhat remote. In addition, the hotel did not quite match the image shown in the pictures – it did not look as impressive in reality. The hotel was located close to the beach, but unfortunately we could not use it very much because the sea was full of algae. Summary: An accommodation with some advantages, but which did not fully live up to expectations, especially in terms of location, cleanliness and how it is presented in ads.

Beware don’t stay or you will get scammed big time by this hotel they post false advertisement on the rooms when you get their it not the same thing that you reserved it disgusting dirty stained mattress nasty they tried stealing our money we didn’t even stay after we seen hotel was disgusting people were rude the manager didn’t want to give my $5000 they charged me for hotel and kept charging my card for no reason good thing I had good bank gat my money back but they are rude scammers Don’t stay or book you will get scammed big time
