Complete strikeout - stay away! No airport shuttle. No cruise shuttle. No breakfast (but they have a large unused breakfast area on the first floor for no reason). Buffoons gave me keys at check in for a room that already had guests in it. Repeat - they gave me keys to a room that was already occupied by other guests. Soap dish in the shower of the replacement room had residue of someone else's bar of soap - presumably bathroom was not cleaned between guests. Homeless people getting high on the bench outside the main entrance overnight, still asleep on the bench smelling like marijuana when I walked by with the kids in the morning. Almost anywhere else would be a better bet if you need a place to crash near MIA airport or the cruise port.

If I owned a hotel business, I would use all my best effort to find a way to hire Carolina and Melissa!! They are rare finds. Carolina is the manager of the property. She is professional, elegant soul, competent. Since my first stay I was extremely impressed by her level of professionalism. She is accommodating, respectful, shows empathy, and is highly efficient. She knows her job, her system and personnel. How do I know that? I am a recurring guest and have observed her dealings in the front desk. I have also called and emailed once and could not have received better attention. She is absolutely amazing. And as for Melissa - she is the beautiful smile welcoming guests every morning in the breakfast room. She is kind, helpful, and so good with kids. Today she had help from another staff named Jesus. I saw a guest drop all his coffee in the breakfast room, the guest forgot the coffee machine on thus dropping coffee all over. Jesus cleaned it all with a smile and when I approached him to say OMG he immediately responded: “this is not an issue I am making mew coffee and almost finished with cleaning up the room, it happens its all fine” Wow honestly the staff of this hotel are amazing. Rare finds!

Renovated hotel, large rooms and spaces, large bathroom too, near the airport and access roads, good option
