BEST WESTERN PREMIER MIAMI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT HOTEL & SUITES

A big trap!! We rented a room that in the advertisement said included morning coffee. We arrived to a super dirty room, slept, and went to have breakfast!! To our surprise, the breakfast was at a restaurant similar to Denny's, everything was charged and nothing was included. We went to complain at the reception, and they told us it was another hotel that had breakfast! LIE!! We entered the site and it stated: COFFEE INCLUDED: we showed the image to the reception, and they continued to lie that it was not there. The room was a shame, so much dust as if it had been closed for months, and the floor was dirty like the images we shared. The cleaners were always in the hallway chatting and looked as if we were bothering them by passing through or being in the elevator. PURE TRAP!! After this experience, we also canceled another reservation we had at another Best Western in Arizona. I will not stay in this chain anymore! We stopped staying at Holiday Inn, which has an incredible spectacular breakfast, for this trap!

Studied places near MIA so I wouldn't hafta fight traffic and this is your place!! From check in Estefany made me feel valued and a friend not just another hotel guest!! Elevator a bit slow but the room was spacious and I liked the hardwood floors and being in Room 701 the view of the Miami skyline in the distance is truly spectacular!! I didn't hafta spend an arm and a leg!! The bed was super comfy and everything worked the way a home away from home should be!!! Give em a try you won't be sorry especially for distance to MIA and Little Havana. Priceless...i will be back when I decide to come back to MIA!!

Really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was clean, modern, and very relaxing overall. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and nice modern design, and the bathroom was spotless with a luxury feel. The pool area was quiet and well-kept, perfect for relaxing during the day. Staff was friendly, check-in was easy, and the whole property felt safe and well maintained. Definitely would stay again
