It was an over all great experience Alexis the manager was extremely helpful Amantha front desk agent was very knowledgeable in things to do in the area we will most definitely be staying here again 11/10

Worst experience ever—avoid this place! 🚫🐜 If I could give this hotel a negative rating or zero stars, I absolutely would! My family and I stayed for one night, and we woke up the next morning completely covered in bed bug bites. To make matters worse, the staff was entirely unbothered and unsympathetic to our situation. We understandably refused to stay for our second scheduled night. Despite this, they still charged me for a full night's stay and hit me with an early checkout fee! DO NOT STAY HERE. After the General Manager (Mr. Capella) and Mr. Solano refused to assist me further, I officially filed a formal report with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) and the local Health Department. Save yourself the stress and health risks—go somewhere else!

I think that the only hotel in all Miami that doesn’t have check in before 3:00pm is that hotel , the receptionist told me that she doesn’t have room available until 3:00pm , and when I go out to buy somethings she give a room to a person just arriving , so I was like I don’t understand she told me that there is no rooms available. Been honest my first time and my last one in that hotel.
