The pools are closed for renovations. We were not aware of it when making the reservation. The front desk staff is unprofessional. When we asked if it’s possible to change the room to the one with a balcony, we were told that the computers are down and someone will call us when the system is up and running. We never received the call. We would expect at least a courtesy call if accommodating us was not possible. I think the last straw was not being able to get our simple request fulfilled: we called the front desk asking to refill the coffee pods because we were only given decalf, and no one ever showed up with the refills. I’ve stayed in this hotel in the past, but I don’t think I will be choosing it again in the future.
