Delores Hotel & Suites

The only benefit to this hotel is the location. Unfortunately, the pictures used to advertise the property are not accurate in the slightest. There is no reception, no outdoor seating, no sign of a member of staff. The doors to get into reception and your room are key code locks. We didn’t like this because we were worried someone could enter during the night. Plus a number of times people tail gated so they were then able to wander the hotel not knowing if they were residents. The room was dated and in some places a little broken. Broken floor boards, cracks in the wall and the air con was either hot or freezing, no happy medium.

Very basic hotel, a bed in one room, a trundle day bed in the in the next. Has a mini fridge. No coffee pot provided, no microwave provided and no cups. We booked several rooms on this trip and every room was a little different. It looked as if this hotel was renovated in the quickest and cheapest way possible. Floors are cracking, cabinets falling apart. Doors are not hung correctly, stained curtains and sheets. The plus side of this hotel is the location.

Horrible hotel, the owner will not communicate with you and there is no front desk. If you call their number in google in google it goes to a dead line. No way to check in. Worst experience of my life.
