We loved staying here! Be sure to call ahead on your arrival day if you are going to be late. If you love animals and are independent travellers who enjoy a large healthy breakfast- this is the place for you! Quiet and comfy...a great place to return to after enjoying all the hustle that can be South Beach.

LIke everyone else I was lured here by the pictures and the price. First The owner was no where to be found, we had to wait about 45 min for him to arrive. And when he opened the door a large nude man was coming down the stairs. Needless to say my wife did not enter this place and we booked immediately at another location. This house is not close to the beach, do not book this house, spend the extra $50-$100 and stay somewhere on ocean drive A lot cleaner and you will be happier. STAY CLEAR AWAY from this place. I wish I could give this place no stars, rather then one. Do not book here, if you do you will be very disappointed and will not receive a refund.

We loved the guesthouse, and the beautiful courtyard with all of its palm trees and green tropical look. Such a friendly place to stay. Breakfast cannot be beat! What a variety there was. For the price, and location, you could not beat this place. We walked to the Ocean Blvd daily, then headed back to the quiet guesthouse for the evening. Nice bedroom with everything so clean. Ended up being a cold weekend, so they gave us more blankets. This is not a hotel, with all the staff running around trying to please you. You make it what it will be. Would stay again!!
