Greenview South Beach

It met all our expectations. We arrived at the scheduled time (from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.). Medhy assisted us excellently. He cleared up all our doubts and gave us instructions on how to get around the building, and everything went very well. The location is excellent. It has beach service for two people without umbrellas, but the cost of an umbrella is affordable. The room had a small refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, and cutlery. It does not have a kitchen sink. Comfortable beds and a functional bathroom. We went during the World Cup, and honestly, the price-to-value ratio is very good. It has included parking (a 3-minute walk away) that is super convenient, which in South Beach is no small detail. Do not park right next to the hotel, not even for 5 minutes without paying; they might tow your car in just that amount of time. It is a frequent mistake that I read in the comments, and it can cause you a headache. Everything else was very good!!

Terrible condition in all the areas of this hotel. Not just the exterior of the building but the lobby and room area. I asked the front desk why was it in such terrible condition and she stated it was under remodel in only 2 rooms left all other rooms were in great conditions meanwhile only ours was decaying? Complete lies. Residents and commercial real estate are being fined and sometimes shut down due not maintaining their aesthetics and safety city codes especially where everything in this area is expensive. The only thing about this hotel that was good was the location. This hotel NEEDS to be shut down. There’s mold everywhere. The room wasn’t cleaned properly either. If everyone looking at pictures that they post there’s never any of the bathroom you’ll see why in my pictures.

​I had an absolutely harrowing experience with Greenview Hotel and Hopper. I booked this stay for a birthday celebration, but upon arrival, the provided door codes did not work. We were completely unable to access the building or our room. Despite multiple attempts to contact support and filling out registration forms five times, we were left outside with no help. ​We never even made it into the unit. After being stranded, we were forced to drive three hours back home in the middle of the night. This caused significant distress and anxiety for my family. To make matters worse, the hotel’s claims about arrival procedures and staff availability were completely contradictory to our experience. I am currently demanding a full refund for this total failure of service. Avoid this property and booking through Hopper if you want a reliable place to stay.
