Very good stay, César at reception was very professional and provided excellent service. The room had a good bed, and the minibar was super practical, especially for my mother's diabetes medications that require temperature control. Something to eat. Breakfast was very varied and tasty. Highly recommended.

Had an enjoyable stay. Upon getting to the hotel I was a bit early. I was promptly greeted by Witchelle. She had a smile on her face and was a joy to speak with. She had a full lobby of guests checking in/out and was rather busy. I explained that I really need first floor and she made that happen for me. Some hotels do not honor this request on last minute; however, she took the time to change things around. The room was not cleaned yet, however, she pushed them to get it ready for me to fully check in. That's the customer service I appreciate and why I am a Hilton member. I travel often and knowing that when I arrive at the hotel adjustments can be made goes a long way. Great Job Hilton Team.

At breakfast Edith and Sara are always so clean and kind. They always make sure that products are available and the opera present to support as needed. Their friendly approach he is important especially when you are on vacation and trying to start your day. Thank you.
