Hilton Bentley Miami Beach

We were already at the Hilton Bentley Miami/South Beach in 2022 and had written a very positive review at that time. Once again, during our stay in April 2025, the good impression was confirmed – we are already looking forward to our next booked stay in April 2027. We had a wonderful oceanfront suite with a beautiful view and plenty of space. Particularly positive were again the very good location, the relaxed atmosphere, and the warm, attentive service, especially at the reception. The beach club was also very nice, well-maintained, and pleasant. One small point of criticism: Some guests behave somewhat inconsiderately on the beach, such as playing loud music or constantly talking on the phone. Here, a bit more presence from the hotel would be desirable. At the attached restaurant Giorgio’s, the service unfortunately does not quite match the level of the hotel. The food, however, remains great, tasty, and plentiful. Overall, a very nice stay. Due to the minor points of criticism, we are giving 4 points instead of 5 this time.

Great hotel, great location, excellent service! Amazing private pool. Only thing is Cabana beach people are not very nice. But not taking the rating the hotel down for that. I would replace them. Everyone else at hotel from housekeeping to Bell/luggage to front desk was 10 out of 10.

Our annual Hilton free night certificate was expiring, so we again did a staycation. Last year, we had a great time at the Conrad Ft. Lauderdale, and this time we had another great time at the Hilton. I initially chose room 1013, a City View Studio on the NW corner of the West Building, on the app the morning before. But I saw on a YouTube video that room 1003, also a City View Studio on the NW corner of the East Building, actually had partial ocean views, and Andre, via the app, kindly changed us. The hotel has an East (Oceanfront) and a West Building, with a total of 10 floors, and we were on the top floor. Our nearby daughter and her boyfriend arrived at 9:30 am to use the beach, and our room was already ready, which we really appreciated. After enjoying the beach, they were able to shower in our room, then meet us for lunch by their apartment in Edgewater. Although we didn’t get a Diamond upgrade, we were very happy with our room, and especially the early check-in and late check-out. We vacation 4 months/year overseas and usually get upgraded at Marriott (Titanium) and Hilton (Diamond), so we’ve been upgraded enough already. The room was a good size, adequate for us, a little older, but very clean, well-furnished, and comfortable. The large bathroom had a very large window, with a great north-facing partial ocean view. The balcony was also large. Although it faced the West Building, sitting on the side also had a nice partial ocean view. The bedroom also had a large partial ocean view window, but it was mostly covered by the bed headboard and drapes. The 2 pm late checkout for Diamond was also great, so we could enjoy the beach again and shower. Melanie was also great. Overall, we all had a really nice, enjoyable weekend at the Hilton.
