I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at this hotel. After checking out, I realized I had left my AirPods behind. When I tracked them shortly after using Apple’s Find My app, they were no longer at the hotel and appeared to be in use elsewhere. This raises serious concerns about the safety of guests’ belongings and the integrity of the staff. I trusted that any item left behind would be handled professionally and placed in lost and found, not removed and used. I reported the issue to the hotel but have not received a meaningful response or resolution. This situation broke my trust and left a very negative impression overall. I would strongly encourage future guests to be extra careful with their belongings, as my experience did not reflect a safe or reliable environment.

Poor value for money, no lift to our room, check in staff were unhelpful. Dirty entry to our room. No door into our bathroom. Choose another hotel. Only positive was good location & comfy bed.

I saw a lot of negative reviews. However, I thought the place was great. Location excellent Steps away from the beach They have a restaurant that has entertainment and u get a 20 percent discount since u stay there Any hotel on ocean drive is noisy with music. Cleanliness no issue Staff very polite and helpful Coffee luring is downstairs 24 hours a day Ocean view Loved it
