I understand this isn't a five-star hotel, but I never expected it to feel like a roadside truck stop motel. I stayed for just one night, and the level of cleanliness was the worst I've experienced. The bathtub was absolutely disgusting, with heavy soap scum and grime buildup along the sides, making it look like it hadn't been properly cleaned in a long time. There was also visible mold buildup around the bathroom tiles , which only added to the impression that housekeeping had been neglected. I expected much better from Hyatt. Cleanliness is one of the most basic expectations of any hotel, and this room simply did not meet that standard. I'm very disappointed and hope Hyatt addresses these issues so future guests don't have the same experience.

The room was unclean. There were hairs in multiple places. The hotel was very run down. In the gym, neither treadmill functioned properly. The elliptical machine was also broken. There were no towels, or gel.

The check-in process went smoothly, and the manager was very friendly and helpful, suggesting food options since we arrived after 6 pm and were unfamiliar with the area. The breakfast option was great for an affordable hotel, very satisfied!
