Germán was great serving like a real 5 star restaurant. The breakfast was great and the bed were very comfortable

Whenever I visit Miami, I stay at the InterContinental at Doral. The main reason is the wonderful service I receive from Conrad Baguisa at the front desk—an area I consider the most important, as it is the face of the hotel and where guests are welcomed. Thanks to Conrad, my stays are always excellent; having stayed there for years, he even knows exactly which type of pillow to order for my bed, my coffee preference, and so on. I would like Mr. Randal Pasut, the General Manager, to take note of the great job Conrad does in attracting and retaining guests. The Club Lounge is always excellent—the snacks are delicious, the atmosphere is great, and the service provided by Fernando is exquisite. I 100% recommend the InterContinental at Doral; it offers class, high-quality facilities, and, above all, excellent service! Thank you, Conrad; because of you, I always return and never look for any of the thousands of other options Miami has to offer.

I am more than satisfied with my stay. Staff was attentive and surpassed any customer service quality I’ve ever had. Their hospitality was top notch and I think I can owe that to a specific front desk associate named Corina. (I did have a discrepancy issue, not at all with the hotel itself but with a guest. ) Corina did her absolute best to defuse and resolve the situation immediately with her professionalism, non bias to overtaking and handle a sensitive matter. I am more than grateful she is the reason I was able to leave Miami in confidence with the provided assistance she has been given. I cannot thank her enough. She was personable, skilled and she has moved me with her determination to be memorable enough for me to want to come and have my stay here again.
