SpringHill Suites by Marriott Miami Airport E Medical Center

11 family members and I stayed for one night before leaving for a cruise. The pool is closed along with the restaurant/bar area as it’s under construction. The former workout room is now the check-in desk and complimentary breakfast area. It’s also the only place to gather as a group. Staff tried their best, but this is not a feasible set up for anyone staying for more than one night or trying to spend times with others.

Everything has been great, except for the restaurant down stairs, little communication and it took over an hour to get 2 cheese burgers. Really disappointed.

I almost listened to the reviews and wish we stayed elsewhere. This is great for a 1 night stay pre-cruise. We arrived and was instantly greeted by front desk. We had 4 rooms to check in but it did not take too long at all. We used our room credit and had dinner at the hotel. The dinner was fantastic. Our group of 8 said everything they ordered was delicious: pizza, burger, turkey club sandwiches. I do think $6 for a can soda was a little high but that’s it. Room was nice, very cold AC, shower was hot and bed is extremely comfortable after a long day of traveling. Zero complaints.
