We stayed in Miami for 5 days after our cruise and had a nice room with its own terrace on the roof terrace with pool. The terrace is really nicely laid out, plants everywhere and a clean pool with plenty of seating/lounging options. Definitely suitable for relaxation. The room was clean, large and equipped with everything you need. The staff is very young and so it happens that one or two concerns are not resolved competently. The lock on the bathroom door was installed backwards, which meant that the door simply stopped opening around 2 p.m. (it was essentially locked from the inside). The staff was pretty clueless and they wanted us to change rooms. But A was in a worse category without a terrace etc. and B were my medication and cosmetics in the bathroom. They said they couldn't get anyone else to help. Quite a no-go. My husband asked for tools and then repaired the door himself. Also, the restaurant was only open once in 4 days. So there is certainly upward potential here. But they were all friendly and the quality of the drinks in the bar was good. We also really liked the location. We turn a blind eye because despite everything we felt very comfortable. I also think that we would come back here if we were in Miami again for a few days.
