Hidden Dunes Condominiums by Wyndham Vacation Rentals

Loved the location and convenience! It’s family friendly and the tennis and pickleball is excellent. It’s definitely a place you’ll want to go back to.

The resort grounds are in desperate need of renovations. None of the grills worked properly, we checked 3! The smell of natural gas by the larger pool was so bad you couldn’t sit on that side and it wasn’t heated. When we questioned a worker about the smell, they said they knew about it. The building we were in looked like the outside windows had not been cleaned in 10 years. While it’s a short walk to get to the beach access, the stairs to get down to the beach were so treacherous we didn’t get on the beach once.

We stayed at Hidden Dunes on the fourth floor of the Gulfside Tower. It was very nice and would def stay here again. The unit had everything a family would want or need. The pool, beach, fitness center were great and the grounds are beautifully landscaped. Only complaint is the 40 steps down to the beach are extremely difficult if you have elderly people with you. My parents were with us and had a very hard time getting to the beautiful beach. Supposedly there was a handicapped ramp at one time but was destroyed by a storm and never rebuilt. Sure would be nice if they rebuilt it for handicapped guests.
