Seascape Golf, Beach and Tennis Resort

I went here to celebrate my 50th Birthday with family and was harassed the entire time by seascape management from writing my kids a ticket for noise violations playing uno in our condo to asking us 10 thousand times for wristbands in pool areas to telling us we need to use charging stations that don't work instead of just pulling back to our patio area. We were harassed at 5pm about noise also so it wasn't just after 10pm. I paid alot of money for the week, 4 condos, 3 golf carts, to literally be harassed so much by HOA security, it ruined our time. Do not come here with family or a large group. Most guards have a chip on their shoulder and none of them say the same rules, and they all say someone called and complained, but every other guest we met were friendly and wanted to party with us. This place is the worst. I will never stay here again.

We stayed here for one week. Was told 2 days before arrival that our original rental was no longer available. Was switched to 122 building. It is a self checkin system. The entry door was extremely difficult to operate. Sliding glass door to the patio was also difficult to operate. In kitchen there were no towels, rags, or sponge. Was only given 2 trash bags for entire week. No coffee filters supplied. The lower bath room smelled bad all week. Suspect seal on the toilet is going bad. People in other units held parties on their patios, making ours uncomfortable to use. Alao received a parking ticket from hoa as we were in the process of unloading the car for improper display of parking pass. Both the temp and the reg pass were on the dash. They just did not like their locations on the dash, and as stated we were still unloading. Was told rules are rules. Pay us $25.. Will not stay here again.

Do NOT waste your time and money with Seascape managed properties! While the golf resort villas are near the beach, it’s apparent they are milking the rentals and golf course for all they can get out of them without spending the necessary capital to make them nice!!! In addition to a rude receptionist on the phone, there is no on site office to go to for info, support, etc; On top of that, floors were filthy, roaches everywhere, pillows smelled like body odor, and most notably the horrific MOLDY, MILDEW smell in the unit! We realize the humidity is high there for we live on the coast as well, but unless you’ve gotten water in a dwelling, it’s not going to REEK that bad!!! There was a dehumidifier in the living room, with a full tank of water!!! (We have pictures) Nothing was said about any of this prior to booking, or after, for that matter! Tried calling them several times and only got combativeness and pushback and told that someone from management would call me!!! Never happened!!! These people simply do not care about the properties they manage NOR the people they rip off with them!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!! I will never lease / rent another Seascape property and I highly advise none of you do as well!!! (PS : Charged a $169 “cleaning fee” yet had all kinds of written instructions on cleaning in the unit like pulling sheets, washing dishes, etc:)
