The dishwasher was boarded up, they didn't go in to fix the cold breakfast room. Friendly staff. They did not respond satisfactorily to my family's complaints.

We stayed here to visit our son at FIU the weekend of January 23rd through 26th. All the Miami hotels were booked so we thought it would be fine to stay a bit outside the city. Hilton has been our preferred brand for years but our last few stays have been a disappointment. This particular hotel was the worst so far. The good: breakfast was acceptable and the room was clean. The bad: We had no hot water at the sink in the kitchenette, the bathroom sink nor the shower. We notified the front desk and ONE of the three of us staying in the room got a warm (not hot) shower that evening. But we never had hot water again the remaining days or nights we were there. Completely unacceptable. Also, right outside the front hotel entrance (and immediately below our 3rd floor bedroom window) was a seating area where people sat and proceeded to talk loudly in the early morning hours (i.e. 4am). Just overall not a good stay for the incredibly expensive rate we paid. Very disappointed.
