Bayfront Inn On Fifth

Hotel charged 22 dollars for parking per night! Caught me off guard! They never had done that before when staying in the past! I would highly recommend to stay away from this hotel! Shady fees!

Don’t walk, RUN AWAY from that place. Paid for a junior suite with Bay view, ended up in a small with parking view… arrived earlier than check in time, no problem was just asking what did they think it would be available. Told us to come back at 2 :30, at that room was still not ready, no problem, asked if they could call us when the room is ready so we could go on with our activities. Nope, “they can’t call us and anyways the housekeeper are on break so it won’t be for while”. That actually happened, you told me the housekeeping team is on break while no rooms are ready at checking time. My dear sir, please try at least lie. Your team needs to be trained. They have no sense of hospitality. Don’t waste your money go somewhere else.

The family room was comfortable, and the view of the port beautiful. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We were just amazed at the lack of courtesy of the young women at the reception. Whether at check-in or check-out, not a smile, the minimum of information and the unpleasant feeling of disturbing them...
