Universal Vacations Homes Naples

You may consider yourself an organized person and book your Naples Vacation home for a family reunion months in advance...DONT !! Don't even bother! Hosts will cancel on you and pull the rug right out from under your well thought out plans! Like what happened to me!! Now I have to SCRAMBLE to find a single decent home to rent which is now 3x the price, 1/2 the size and not the location desired. THATS A LOAD OF BS!! AND Trip advisor allows it!!! There is NO accountability! Let alone being buyer friendly..will never do again! Devastated! HIGHLY FRUSTRATING
