Nice room although we didn’t spend much time there. Unfortunately the hot tub was not working, nor was the pool heated during our visit. I was surprised there was no sign or mention of the issue. We inquired at the front desk to find out that repairs were in progress. That’s always a bummer when that’s one of the main features of why we booked with them. Breakfast at Holiday Inn seems to be standard of what we’ve had at others. The person handling the area seemed to be very busy cleaning everything, maybe a little OCD (cleaning the legs of the chairs), but who doesn’t love a clean eating area! I appreciated that!! Overall, nice visit!

This was a disappointing experience. The hotel is in poor condition, long past due for a thorough renovation. Hallways had scuffs all over them. The room had rusty and spotty chrome in the bathroom, tiles barely in place, and visible grime in between the tiles. The elevator has visible trash in it throughout my stay. The room decor was awful. Lighting was awful--there was not enough of it and the lighting that was present was florescent and hospital-like. The room had a heating unit weirdly hung on the wall with a dangling cord over to the outlet. The lobby should be a usable space for guests (particularly since the room is so dark it is nearly impossible to work). Instead, oddly, the lights in the lobby were all completely off, rendering the entire area useless. Although the hotel theoretically offers coffee all day, perhaps this is done to discourage guests from using that amenity. The coffee area also had no regular creamer available -- only gross sweetened flavored junk. The one upside was a friendly staff. But sadly the hotel is otherwise best avoided.

Hotel rooms needs maintenance. From peeling pain, rusty hinges, bad tub drainage to ants in room. Stayed here last year and is really going down hill.
