Best Western in the Walt Disney World Resort

We traveled as two adults and two teenage daughters, and had a great experience at this hotel! Location was great, about 20 minutes walking distance from Disney Springs, and they run shuttles to the Disney parks. Generally about a 10 minute shuttle ride to the parks. But one thing to know is that for Magic Kingdom, the shuttle doesn't take us to the gate. It takes to a transfer center, then we need to take the Monorail to get to the park, and the time that it takes for all of this depends on the lines at the monorail. It has a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, and it was very clean with the option to have housekeeping daily. Our room had two queen beds and faced the pool. The views from that side include seeing fireworks (from very far away) at Epcot and Magic Kingdom. Great sweeping views of Disney Springs, and some of the parks. The room was way more spacious than we had imagined! In addition to the two beds, there was plenty of furniture like a small table and chairs, and a lot of space to walk around and have our luggage around the room. Loved that there were two great sized countertops, one inside the bathroom, and one right outside with another sink. This was super helpful for all of us, and there were plenty of mirrors. Noise level was great, it was never a problem. We could only very faintly hear the rooms next to us, and no noise from the outside. The daily housekeeping was great, especially to refill items like soap and toilet paper, appreciated the cleanings. All the staff were very helpful and readily available. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would go back.

First time staying at a Drury hotel. I am Marriott Platinum and I will now consider Drury when traveling. We were driving to Orlando for a conference. I called from the road when we decided to push on and could arrive a day early. They were able to add a day to our reservation and keep the same rate and room throughout our stay. This was for a medical conference and the hotel was packed. Front desk was great through out our stay. Very nice comfortable room overlooking the pool and can see the Disney fireworks at night. Huge free breakfast buffet plus a free dinner buffet. And they include 3 free drinks in the evening on the 2nd floor. There is a concierge in the lobby to help with tickets and reservations. There is a shuttle bus that runs to all the Disney Parks plus Disney Springs. I did find the hotel too cool. Wish I had brought a hoodie.
