Wow! My family LOVED this resort. Everything from the service, the rooms, the location, the FOOD was all excellent. We also really enjoyed the pool area as well. I will absolutely stay here again and the beds were super comfy. The rooms were very clean and nice! We were in a very quiet area which was perfect for us.

We’ve stayed here 3 times now. Generally it is an excellent hotel. The rooms have been recently refurbished so they are fresh. The location is great- No more than 15 minutes from any of the parks. It’s small and easy to get around.
The pool was well kept and laundry facilities were easy to use. The on site restaurant has a good choice of dishes and everything we had was of a high standard. Housekeeping is only every second day which wouldn’t be our preference but they did a good job
There are only 2 negatives I have to report. We had a top floor rooms the shower pressure was horrendous. At 6am it was passable but by 7am it had dwindled away to nothing. Maintenance assured us that it was normal. The busses to the parks fill up quickly. Aim to get there 10 minutes early otherwise you may not get a seat . The time of the next bus can be found on the Disney app

PLEASE NOTE. We stayed here in April / May 2025
Great Resort and on the smaller side which we really liked about this Resort!
Cast members were super friendly and always available to help and lend advise.
Rooms
We stayed in a newly refurbished room and it was spotless, the beds are quite high for little ones, but after we returned home we found out you can request bed guards to put into the bed (we always take an inflatable one anyways).
Location
Location was very good, there is a boat which can take you to Disney Springs and operates regularly. As for travel to the parks, we had a hire car, but everything was within a 20 minute drive (they do have a bus which operates to all of the parks, but we did not use).
Grounds
Everything at this resort is walkable, which is what I think we liked most about it (It is the smallest resort on Disney Property). The swimming pool is great and opens late into the evening, the slide is great fun and the pool in general is large. They also have a splash park for the little ones as well.
Food and Dinning
Most importantly, this is where you can get the Mickey shaped beignets and they are as good as what people say they are!
Otherwise, the food court is on the smaller side, but that is to be expected with it being a smaller resort. We ate here daily and the food is nice and the dinning area was always clean.
