Four Seasons Resort Orlando At Walt Disney World

We have three children who adore Disney, and for years our default was the Contemporary. At that stage of life, the importance of proximity to the parks was difficult to overstate, and the ability to walk back to the room for their afternoon nap made our visits considerably easier. Now that our children are a bit older, we decided to branch out and were pleasantly surprised by our "off property" stay at the FS Orlando. After spending the day immersed in the excitement of the parks, returning to the FS felt genuinely restorative. The atmosphere is peaceful without feeling overly formal, and it provided exactly the balance our family didn't realize we were missing. The property itself is beautiful, but what truly distinguishes this hotel is the level of service they provide. The staff possessed a remarkable ability to anticipate our needs before we voiced them, and every interaction reflected genuine attentiveness rather than obligation. What left the greatest impression on us was the way the staff engaged with our children. My husband and I were treated with extraordinary warmth, but so were our kids. Team members took the time to learn each of their names early in our stay and greeted them personally throughout our visit. We all had a great time and look forward to returning on our next Disney trip!

Not worth the money. If you make really big bucks, maybe it wouldn't bother you as much to receive the table placement and the food which were subpar, but when you're celebrating a special family event and willing to pay extra for the special occassion, it's frustrating. Atmosphere - Most of the restuarant is made up of tables in a space with nice ambiance, but not all. Our party of 6 was put in a table not quite in a back corner but close. We were screened off of a view of the interior of the restaurant by a tall cheap screen that went to the ceiling and near a double door to another outdoorish part of the place. The sun shined on my wife's face for the first 10 minutes. We were with a new set of in-laws for the first time and felt it would be awkward to ask to get a better table. The service personnel was nice enough. Not over the top because they were busy. Food - It's an Italian restaurant and I always have an issue with paying $25-35 for spaghetti with bolognese sauce with meatballs (I'm part Italian). So I decided to go with a meat pizza (salsiccio) as I had a hankering for some meats. Others ordered roasted chicken (pollo osado) , a veggie pizza (Verdure e Olive Taggiasche) , Branzino and something with shrimp as on add on. We ordered two appetizers. The Focaccia and the Polpettine Meatballs. The focaccia comes with 4 rolls. We were a party of 6 so we asked for two more of the rolls. They said sure but charged us for them. (seriously?...bread?) The Meatballs were the best part of the meal. They were absolutely tender, tasty and perfect in every way... maybe even better than Mom's ;-) My pizza was below average. I had to ask for sauce on the side which my wife also partook in. The crust wasn't even enjoyable to eat. The shrimp was served cold which surprised and disappointed the person who ordered that with their meal. No one raved about their main... sort of a tell tale that we were all underwhelmed. They did provide a lovely desert plate for the two we were there to celebrate and that was also tasty. Luckily, the company and the joy of the day superseded the value of the dinner. On a side note - the area around the restaurant was a beatiful place to take pictures. Again, I'm happy to buck up for a special occassion meal...just deliver on higher expectations to justify the higher bill.

We stayed at Four Seasons Orlando at Disney World in May 2024 with another family and had an amazing experience. The service was outstanding from start to finish and truly made our stay special. The pools were perfect for all ages, and our kids absolutely loved the lazy river and splash pad. There was something for everyone to enjoy, whether relaxing by the pool or spending the day having fun in the water. Breakfast was delicious each morning and a great way to start our day before heading to the parks. We also took the shuttle to Disney twice, and it was very clean, convenient, and easy to use. If you're looking for a luxury resort experience at Disney World, we highly recommend staying here. We can't wait to come back!
