I do a lot of traveling and stay at a lot of hotels. This was by far the BEST hotel I have ever stayed in! Jonathan and his staff were an absolute pleasure to deal with and they were very accommodating! The woman at the front desk, Tyara, was very professional and always made my team and I very welcome when we walked in and out every day that we were there. The rooms were very clean as well as the hotel itself. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Orlando area!

We’ve stayed for our vacations several times at this Hampton Inn on Universal Boulevard/Pointe Orlando ($5 parking fee per day). It’s easy to walk up onto International Drive for evenings out in the many bars and restaurants.
We’ve always enjoyed our stays but think the hotel is looking a little tired now, but the rooms are comfortable and with the free breakfast it’s good value.
Pool area is kept clean and it’s never busy.
We did have to change our room as we had a flood in the bathroom and as the floor in the bathroom and just outside on the hardwood floor was soaked we moved rooms. Maintenance had to be called twice before we changed rooms.
We’ve also stayed at a sister hotel on Palm Parkway, Lake Bunevista. This gets slightly better marks from us as there is no parking fee and is a good option for Disney. I would say it’s a newer hotel so does look more updated and fresh.
Staff in both hotels are helpful and pleasant.
Hampton Inn is a good medium priced hotel and we’d have no hesitation in recommending either of these properties but we do prefer the one on Palm Parkway.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn Orlando because I was attending a conference at the convention center less than a mile away. The hotel rooms are below average in style and comfort. I stayed in room 502 and was disappointed. Tub needs deglazing and the bathroom floor is nasty, especially behind the toilet. The towels were old and thin. I wasn’t looking for upscale perfection but hoping for a clean, renovated and well kept room. This was the worst hotel room I ever stayed in and I have stayed at other Hampton inns in the past. I would not stay there again.
