The facility is way past the need for a serious renovation. Room 308 has putty holding the bathtub together. The door doesn't close, and the AC unit sounds like a tractor-trailer. In spite of this property issues. Bailey helped find a more suitable property (Hilton Grand Vacation Villas), a short drive away. Thank you Bailey

Room was nice. The pool appeared to be not maintained for a while, could use a pool boy! I also think for the rates they charge a continental breakfast could be included. We get that for less expensive stays elsewhere!

First, I had such a warm encounter with Bailey - she’s very kind and knowledgeable and was able to award me extra Hilton points! Love that! Then I had breakfast cooked to order during my stay and Juan was our server - again so kind, quick and helpful! He made sure we had all we needed and the omelette was DELICIOUS. Kind of shockingly delicious! Our room was decently acquainted - dated and thus scuffed, etc but it was good in all the ways that really count - clean and solid AC. One stand out thing was the gym - super nice and spacious with great equipment! There’s also a cute bonfire pit and space to hangout near the pool and a lovely breakfast and bar area that we could use to get some work done during the day. I really liked the amenities and everyone was very nice.
