Holiday Inn Express Orlando Airport

Make sure to see your printed bill before checking out. We were charged for 7 days of parking. We were only there for two nights. I caught this error three days later.

Great check-in experience with a friendly & professional lady whose name started with J (sorry i didn’t catch her name as I was very tired after a long flight). She was super helpful and has a wonderful laugh. Room was big and beds extremely comfortable . Would definitely recommend

One night stay to attend the International builders show at the convention center. Check in with John was very swift and pleasant. Everything we asked for, quiet room and a late checkout, was cheerfully accommodated. With that said, even close to an elevator, our room was quiet. Bed and bedding were adequate, but the roll down blind failed to work. This meant we had a light from the parking lot glaring in our room all night. Maintenance, at that hour was non existent. We were so tired from the show, we fell right to sleep. In the morning we noticed how old the shower and bathroom tub were. Water pressure was weak. Personally, we hate soap and shampoos in those in wall dispensers. Wish hotels would get back to regular soap and shampoo bottles. Breakfast was good, hot and adequate. The gym was small with only a few pieces of equipment. In closing, at $200 per night, we expected an updated hotel. Time for a refresh!
