Palisades Resort at Lake Austin Grande Resorts

1st day here AND HATE IT! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! False advertisement! The luxury look on the website is not what it actually looks like.

The whole facility smells like body odor people let there nasty pets defacate and pee on the walkways and there is no one around to clean it our room that we are renting smells and is very dirty avoid this place you are better off staying in a motel 8

This used to be a nice lace but as housing prices have exploded people are buying these vacation properties as places to stay and they are destroying the place. It reeks of weed everywhere. You can tell our unit had the door kicked in. One of the residents left their door open through the day because they didn’t turn on the AC. They had a gas can in the hallway and their half naked kids running down the halls. I left with 5 days remaining and the company refused to refund my money. Some girls with teathers on their ankles got arrested in the lobby. The place is like a half way house now.
