My 6th visit to orlando and my first & last here. Im not a complainer and didnt spend much time in the room as we were at the parks all day but this place is Appalling!!!!. Location is spot on but that's all it has going for it. The mattresses were well past their use, the springs were almost poking through. I had to ask for the bedding to be changed on arrival as it was stained. The general housekeeping was poor, The AC unit was very poor and noisy, The water in the shower didn't drain towards the plug it drained towards the room, there was a grotty rubber thing on the floor to prevent this but the silicone had given up and didn't work. The bathoom wash basin was cracked and hanging off the wall. The doors were water damaged, the dehumidifier didnt work so on day 3 there was black spot mould on the ceiling. Worst of all was the regular smell of weed. There are local people actually living in some rooms. The pictures you see advertised are not accurate to the rooms, they show the reception area and pool all nice and glam but that's it.

After reading the reviews we were a bit on edge to say the least but we kept reminding each other this was a budget motel so dont expect 5 star we were pleasantly surprised, the beds were extremely comfortable out room was cleaned everyday fresh towels bins emptied our beds made the pool area is great but a few more umbrellas wouldn't go a miss but we loved it here would definitely come back! Loved out stay staff very friendly also we loved it

We stayed at the avanti from 4/7/26 until 13/7/26 and it was such a lovely place , fab location, good pool & great staff , rooms were basic & aircon was noisy on a night , but grateful for it ! Shuttle buses were a bit of a nightmare, we booked on , it said 25 spaces , we were first on the mini bus then a few more people boarded , then a family of 8 tried to board , but there wasn't enough seats , so they had to get an uber ( all paid for by the hotel ) but still not good enough I think , on the bus home , again we were there in plenty of time ( after we found it ) but the driver said I have to go to sea world for more families ( bearing in mind there was 1 seat left on our mini bus ) but he said he still had to go and stay until 1945 and make sure they all had an uber to get back to their hotel , 2 families were late , but the driver was good and waited until they got there & made sure they got an uber , 1 family missed theirs , so he had to order another, so everyone on the bus was getting a bit sick at this point , my husband was sat in the front with him and asked , why didn't they just have a bigger bus , as 25 people can book on & the driver didn't have a clue what was going on 🤦‍♀️ We were in block 4 , not the best but was ok
