Simply put, I want to buy room 208! It is so thoughtfully and beautifully decorated, and the view from the window at Lake Eola Park isextraordinary. The team here think of every possible small detail to make your stay lovely. This unique hotel is for the customer who wants to away from the cookie cutter, streamlined overpriced chain hotels. My husband and I just love it!

The front desk staff were very nice and friendly and the location can't be beat for what we needed, but the room did not at all look like the boutique photos/richly appointed rooms that are attached to this listing. The sink faucet was broken and flopping into the sink and much of the furniture was dinged up or broken in the room we had. Our particular room was a vague step up from a hostel. If we were paying for a hostel or a motel 6, that would be one thing... The breakfast juice selection did not even have orange juice. I think it was Sunny D. Definitely not the quality I'd expect for a $220+/night room. Also, it looks like booking direct was the most expensive option.

Our stay at The Eo Inn - Downtown Orlando started fine — the location is charming, the room was decent, and the patio was lovely. However, what could have been a pleasant visit quickly turned into one of the most unpleasant hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We checked in late on Thursday and asked about a late check-out for Sunday. The front desk staff member kindly informed us that it was possible for a set fee and confirmed the check-out time would be 3:00 PM. On Saturday night, we decided to confirm and pay for the late check-out again at the front desk, and the same time (3:00 PM) was repeated to us. However, at 1:45 p.m. on Sunday, housekeeping knocked on our door and informed us that we needed to leave within 15 minutes. Apparently, the front desk had not been informed of our late check-out. Despite explaining and showing proof that we had paid for the extension, we were harassed, and the police were called to remove us while we were packing to leave. This was shocking, humiliating, and completely unacceptable. I’ve never experienced such treatment at any hotel. To make matters worse, there is a drag brunch event every Sunday from around 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, accompanied by loud music that becomes progressively louder. This would have been fine had we been informed beforehand, but there was no mention of this when booking or at check-in. The morning front desk staff and housekeeping were also insulting and unprofessional. Overall, what began as a charming stay ended in chaos and disrespect. We will not be returning, and I strongly suggest that management improve communication and guest treatment. ROOM: 202 Bed is also starting to fall apart, A/C doesnt work properly
