While the location is generally favorable, the customer service is subpar. Employees exhibit a lack of politeness, pool hours posted are wrong Additionally, breakfast is just bread over all, despite the expectation of it including breakfast.

DON'T GO HERE! Here is a list of everything wrong with the room we stayed in: Lock to adjoining room did not work, mold in microwave, filthy stained walls, broken furniture, large holes in walls, toilet did not work, water from AC leaking onto electrical outlet, stained bedsheets, and broken bathroom door. Only positive thing I can say is there was parking in front of the room.

Not very customer friendly. The location is the best part of the stay, close to food, pharmacy and supermarket. The pool area is nice and the laundry works.The thing that spoils the stay is all the additional charges from linen change to housekeeping. There is also a $100 deposit which is immediately charged to your card, not as “ hold” to your card. Watch out for this if you are on a tight budget. Initially I was going to use this place as a “snowbird” winter location but due to the extra charges I’ll use an alternate place . I’ve also only had $50 of my deposit returned, we did not leave any damage as I photographed everything before we left. Again this may be due to their policy of retaining part of the deposit depending on the length of the stay.The place is now called Stayable Suites West.
