Old rundown dumpy motel that is being marketed as a beautiful time share facility. The staff were kind and tried to do the best, but the building is so old with worn out furnishings. The only truth to the entire description is that it is beach front.

This place is amazing. The kitchens are a good size, the kiddie pool for smaller children and the big pool for children of all ages is such fun. The building is curved and doesn’t block the sun which keeps afternoon swimmers more comfortable. The grills, picnic tables, and lounge chairs make a visit even more fun. And you can’t beat the price!

The second hand smoke from cigarettes is in the pool and on shared balconies. It’s continuous and irritating. Hotel needs no smoking policy. Has one front desk clerk, it took 60min to register. Only has one elevator is non air conditioned.
