Royal Floridian Resort by Spinnaker

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The views are amazing and the location is convenient. Will, who works on the pool deck is great! He keeps everything tidy, is friendly, and works hard.

Great ocean front resort. Have special lunch offering Monday - Thursday right there in the lobby or in the pool area for 1 hour. Ice cream offered later in the lobby for 1 hour. Every unit is ocean front. Clean units. We did have a crazy problem with 1st unit but it was addressed by moving us. This is our second time here and will go back again. Some of the 2 bedrooms are lock offs and some are one unit with the 2nd bedroom having the private bath. I think is small for 6 people, but nice for 4 people. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Maybe hospitality rating. RCI controlled the room I was assigned. If you wanted a different room you had to call RCI. I had no view and no balcony. I could see sky out the window and below was machinery outside. Painted light colors to trick you. I stayed out of room as long as possible as it was depressing to be in it. No elevator to underground parking. Don’t know when building built. Didn’t feel safe as a single woman in parking ramp. Resort on the beach, but I’ve never seen so much sand in the pool as yesterday. Spring break time and there is a hose you can wash off feet from sand at beach. So disappointed with RCI about this resort. Only way I would consider going back is guaranteed ocean view and balcony. I’ve been traveling with timeshare exchanges for 25 years, so I know how this works.
