The Inn at Boynton Beach

Horrific does appropriately describe the experience at this hotel! Not only did I leave but then I wasn’t able to contest the charge for the property being GROSSLY misrepresented! I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves but want to add that someone tried to get into my room at 1am. I would have left immediately, but I checked in late and didn’t have another fallback plan. I did promptly leave the next morning! I was in town for four days and wasn’t able to recoup any of the money you spent on this dump. This place is not only disgusting but feels incredibly unsafe.

I was there for about 2 weeks and my stay was great Miss Darlene from the front desk was the best person I ever dealt with . She's very sweet and understand. Ms Darlene is a very sweet person and I will go there again just for her because she's very understandable and very sweet and I had the best experience there with her.

The hotel is a joke. Rooms are disgusting. Front desk staff is rude. We had no water for over 24 hours and they laughed at me saying it’s not their problem. So we received ZERO compensation. The windows have broken glass. The TV has a big black line going down the center. Overall, it was a horrible experience! I would not recommend to anybody - even though the price is reasonable - this hotel is the worst place I’ve ever stayed!
