99% of employees, specially management were unprofessional, unresspecful even rude. After two flashes the water stop raining in the bathroom. The shower was so small it gave claustrophobia and I notice mold around it.

Lady at the front counter is a rude ungrateful peasant. She does not tip the delivery drivers. Delivery drivers, you’ve been warned. Female mr. Krabs who works the front desk

Absolutely Ridiculous!! Stayed in several hotels over the years this is the loudest by far, it was like having a disco club in pool area for hours at night!! Cleanliness was good and that as far as I would go also location. You would think management would handle the situation as I watched families shaking there heads wondering how i could get out of this without losing money, unfortunately you can’t!! Oh and nothing better than sheriff’s in the parking lot looking for someone or something several times!! Lol
