Bikini Beach Resort Motel

When called to make the reservation was told that the rooms had been remodeled, and they look nothing like the photos, and they were not remodeled!!!!! there was a green chair in there that was all stained and nasty. Don’t know why they didn’t throw it away. Walls were all marked up look like snot or spit on them not clean. Front desk Service was not very friendly have called the number of times asking to speak to a manager have not yet returned my calls. Also the table by the beds to put your clothes and smell like mildew and we’re staying.

Stayed here for 5 nights with my family of 5 we had the 3 bed room with kitchen with pic window no balcony and I will never stay here again the rooms are so outdated mattresses very uncomfortable, carpet nasty the furniture in our room # 422 was so beat up looking the kitchen had no dishes no pots pans or silverware false advertisement don’t say your getting a kitchen and paying for it and you have no cookware. No dish soap provided No paper towels. Bathroom was tiny and stunk no air ventilation the doors hit each other was aggravating one couldn’t open door to bedroom without pushing bathroom door up just bad layout the room pics look way better and make them look huge they are tiny. No where to hang clothes or towels in the room.. Parking is basically across the street unless you get lucky and find spot on hotel side but they have about 12 spots so be prepared to cross the street. They charge for parking at check in never stayed in a hotel that does that. Also our room was ready when we got there at 12 noon but we had to pay $45 to check in early!! Just ridiculous swear this place is money hungry!!! Workers not friendly at all except for a couple of them. NO housekeeping at all you have tell front desk or go to office to get towels toilet paper etc. Pool was ok only seen it be cleaned one out of 5 days we was there on our last day water was looking murky just gross the tiki bar was nice and swings only thing I liked about this place. No ice machine but they sell bag ice for $5.50 lol bring your debit card it don’t take cash. This place needs be shut down or completely renovated grounds was dirty never saw worker sweeping or cleaning halls trash everywhere and cigarette butts. I got no problem with a old place I love the casa Loma hotel and it’s old but at least it’s clean and they update it. If you want to stay in hotel stay there cause you will regret staying here or stay in a condo. Avoid Bikini Beach “Resort” lol this place is far from a resort.

We drove 5 hours and when we arrived they could not find our booking. I had a confirmation number and had email a week before to confirm as well. No call or no email to tell us anything different. Do not recommend
