Stay away from this resort! The pool deck is owned by RC Hospitality, and it was a nightmare!! 1/3 of the large pool is reserved for chairs/cabanas that you have to pay to reserve and are usually only filled by 2-3 families and the rest are empty the entire day (anything to make an extra dollar though). The staff are like hawks when it comes to those chairs, we sat our stuff down the first day not knowing you had to pay for them, and within 10 seconds they were chasing us down. The rest of the pool, people come down at 6am to reserve chairs, then don't show up until 10 or 11 or even though the policy and multiple signs state you can not reserve chairs. If you speak to the staff, they play dumb and say they can't do anything, their manager just walked into a meeting, like every single time you ask them. There was a fight every single day we were visiting over chairs, and they did nothing to resolve the situation, but if you threw a ball in the pool, or turned on music, they were again like hawks! Paying $1,000+ per month in HOA's you would think you would get to sit wherever you want at the pool deck, but all the vacationers renting come take up the chairs. It is very poorly run, and security also could not do anything about the reserved pool chairs. You will have much better luck anywhere else, and pay half the price, this was the most disappointing place I've ever been for the price. It has gone so far down hill and is such a disappointment. The amenities have definitely been neglected. You walk around and see dirty dried up areas that used to have running water for aesthetics that now have dirty towels wrapped around pipes that are not working. Most of the units are individually owned and rented out by the owners, so the quality of the actual condo varies. The wait staff at Oceans are some of the worst I've come across. Back in the early 2000's they were so friendly and attentive, but it was a disappointment both times we ate there. Parking is an additional $50 per car, and don't expect to find a parking space on the ocean side of the complex.

PCB City had a main water line break Tuesday 6/23/26 (or the night before) so we woke up with no water. As expected, it took a while to restore the water. That evening, we had a trickle of water coming out of our faucets so we filled up many containers in hopes of not needing them the next day. 6/24: woke up with no water at all. Checking with several people in floors above and below us, most indicated they had water. Having made multiple attempts to communicate with the resort, we got no reply at all. Most of the customer service phone numbers did not even yield a voicemail to leave a message. As a result of ZERO FEEDBACK, we had no idea if anyone was even aware of our issue so we certainly had no idea if our problem was being addressed. I continued to look for a solution as I started making physical visits around the facility. ZERO HELP ANYWHERE. Finally mid afternoon 6/24 we got water. Problem solved, or not. Woke up 6/26 with no water. To be clear, I totally understand things happen. The problem I have (besides spending several hours of expensive and valuable vacation time hustling fundamental survival stuff) is ZERO HELP AND ZERO FEEDBACK. If you folks think that ignoring your clients is the same as a satisfied customer, you’re totally wrong. Yep, just one family. There will be plenty more to replace them. Super sad excuse for customer service. I’m done. Must now go hustle more water for my family.

We booked a place to be near the 1/2 Marathon scheduled in May that our son in law was participating. Ironically this property was the exact start & finish location for the marathon. It was fun to be at the action, watch the organized set teams manage the event with guests all around not there for this event. The property was clean, rooms spacious, views were great & nice to have an on site variety & resturant at a condo focused rental resort. Good location to walk to dining, some shopping & groceries. There were 3 pool options each near the specific towers. We enjoyed the center tower w the main & largest pool. & the direct Views to pool & ocean from our balcony. Good for families & couples.
