We loved our unit 511, it was clean and well maintained. When we arrived, we discovered that the k-cup machine had a broken needle and the property management team had a new one there by the same night. The large balcony was the best I've seen on any of the properties we have stayed out in PCB. I would recommend it again. The only negative comment I can comment about is the physical layout of the property outside - if you are mobility challenged (need walker, cane, scooter or wheelchair). Then this is NOT the property for you. There is no beach access via ramp - it has stairs only. There is a ramp down to pool, BUT you have to walk outside the front of building, around in-between the 2 units, to get the ramp to pool that is behind each building unit. If that person needed to go to the bathroom on ground level accessible from the back of the building near poo, that person has to go completely around back to the front. I was traveling this trip with someone who was mobility challenged using a walker and the extra distance and lack of accessablity to the beach was disappointing to her.

We really enjoyed our stay in 1022W. The unit was spacious, clean, had no smell and is nicely decorated. We always had plenty of hot water and good water pressure and never a problem with the air conditioning. The in-unit washer and dryer were newer and easy to use. The spacious balcony had everything we needed – large table and chairs, two very comfortable lounge chairs and a built-in gas grill. The beds were comfortable, and linens of good quality. We enjoyed the large pool and quick access to the beach. There were a few things that could be improved. In the kitchen, we did not find salt/pepper, plastic wrap, tin foil or extra garbage bags for the kitchen garbage containers. There also was no measuring cup and the one roll of paper towels was cheap and easily tore. It would be great if beach towels were provided. Because the master closet was locked, hanger/shelf space in the master bedroom was limited and inadequate-it was not long enough for a shirt or dress. Finally, there is very little shade by the pool and no umbrellas. There were two small pergolas to offer limited shade. So, overall, we were pleased with our limited time here, but would not be comfortable with an extended stay.

We have stayed at this property for 20 plus years and love it. Upon arrival and we reached out to the Kim's Condos with concerns and they kept saying they would get to it at the first of the year. No water pressure in the kitchen, Plugs not working in the master bath, TVs are a challenge,( we stayed in the unit this past summer). The ddi not have the unit ready for guest and were still charging a premium winter rate. If you review their contract they will not adjust your rate many items listed like air conditioner going, out , etc. just try to fix it in a timely matter. They made no offer to do so in our case. I specifically ask if if they were going to do anything about it and she said "No". Literally we have a triple of water in the kitchen, my spouse is drying her hair at the kitchen table. This is a 2 bedroom condo in December that's still almost $500.00 a. night with all there add on fees. Comparable to others that manage condos in the area if you look when booking there are surcharging multiple things. Pool bands, parking etc, I have never been charged through other renters at this property. I know this because we checked on the weeks we always come in June for 2024 and they are on their bill list. When I booked this time I just did it on a phone call, they never sent a copy of a bill to show what the charge break down was at first, but when I did they had included a $39.00 insurance plan for damages with no option to opt until I said I did not want that coverage. It was a third party risk company that you probably you probably never get claim paid for and the coverage was for only $3000.00. What a scam.... I have never written a review about a vendor company but do I not expect much customer service from this organization. They seem to be like many doing business, as a cash grab, they do not really care if you stay or book through them or experience is what it should be a a higher end property. With the supply and demand so high they can just treat their customers how ever they want. Treating customers poorly is a damaging strategy, you never know who that person is or who they know..........
