Warning!!!! House #161 West Leslie LN!!!! German cockroach infestation!!!! Unsanitary places!!! Attention!!! Avoid at all Awards!!! House infested with conquerors in July 2024!!! Shells all over the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms!!!!!!!!!

We stayed at Gulf Highlands 124 Abbie Lane PCB and just wanted to let others know what to expect. It's filthy, roaches (I lost count after 12 in a 3 1/2 day stay) and personally I would never stay there again. Vacasa isn't much help either. I contacted them and they claimed they would refund 117.79. When they did this they actually charged me instead of crediting me. My dog that we took with us was almost attacked by another dog that was just let out without a leash. They say if pets are outside they have to be on a leash. This was the worst vacation ever.

PCB during March 2022 was a disaster. Felt like being in a war zone! Several units rented daily or short term rentals to students. Units that are 2b 1.5 b are having student rentals of 6 -10 people staying in them? PCB, had to call in several reinforcements to help them Police the beaches as over 200 young people were arrested, over 75 guns seized & a person shot. Establishments that cater to the students for a couple of nights of entertainments needs to reconsider their policies & servicing local residents & any snowbirds still visiting for several winter months. Recommend having a 2 week minimum rental policy to eliminate the quick deterioration of these premises with such short daily or short term rental. Rental prices have more than doubled in the past 3 years, as owners are aiming for these short high priced March rentals?
