Sterling Breeze

My husband & I stayed here at this condo for the weekend. This place was beautiful. It was very clean. Had everything you needed for the stay. The scenery was spectacular. When arrived and walked in it was a breath of fresh air. The room was beautiful & clean, The area where it is located has great views. The staff at the desk was great as well. Great check in and easy check out process. We are looking forward to coming back to this place.

Condo was nice. Elevators were down for a day and a half. Unit 604 shower would not drain. I called and emailed everyday. Today is my last day here and still no one to fix drain. I would not recommend Vacasa because of there lack of service and follow up if you have any problems.

The experience we have had has not been what we would have hoped for. We picked this condominium because it looked nicer than others. The room was updated (not clean though), the pool with the bar was beautiful but the management doesn’t enforce any rules. This is not a family friendly condo so I absolutely don't recommend for people with children. Every evening when you come to the pool people are drunk, have open alcoholic drinks sitting around the pool and hot tub, cursing etc. They bring a private speaker and drunkenly sing louder than the provided music. The smell of marijuana makes it hard to even come out on your deck so we haven't been able to sit on it or grill. On a positive side, it is close to the pier and overall in a good area. The check-in process is terrible. $50 to use their parking area and you have to get online to pay for it then have the front clerk print it for you. You have to leave your ID in order to check out anything to haul your stuff in or out on. The elevator issue everyone talks about in these reviews must be resolved because we didn’t have a huge wait time going up or down.
