Sterling Resorts- Ocean Villa

We rented this condo off of Solange and she was fabulous! Such a great communicator and has a beautiful space that was very clean. The kitchen has everything that you need. The balcony was huge with tons of seating and a large table with six chairs out there for meals. You couldn’t ask for a better location! The king size bed is one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Also, the Night Shift supervisors name was Brian and he was the best. Super helpful. I will definitely stay here again!

The condo was very pretty and well decorated. It was very clean. Had extra towels and extra bedding. The rooms were big. The bathrooms were even big. The patio was very comfortable and big. It was very easy for a person in a wheelchair to get around. The kitchen is very well stocked. We had one issue with the dishwasher. When we reported they were there within the hour to fix it. The maintenance man fixed it very fast. The downsides to the condo is. The tubs are very slippery. 2 out of 3 people just about fell. We had to go buy shower mats just to stand up in them. Even with the shower mats, one out 3 people slipped. The location of the condo was fantastic. Close to everything you will need. Another down side is. There is no place to store food. Every cabinet is has stuff in it. There no pantry. The last downside is the doors to the patio are the hardest I have ever had to use in condos or hotels. We loved the condo and would stay again.

We were extremely disappointed with Condo 405. We paid 3X what we usually pay for what we found. Where do I start, The living room drapes are filthy, it looks like food splatters and no telling what on them. The floors apparently were not cleaned, only a half hour after arriving our feet were black. The kitchen sink sprayed so badly that we were drenched when trying to use it. I called the rental agent for a repair and a coffee pot replacement, the one in the unit was broken. They sent this guy that reminded us of Screech from Saved By The Bell. He was nice but He said that was the way the faucet was supposed to work. So later that day my 15 Year old Granddaughter found a replacement under the sink and she fixed it. We went to get a serving dish from the cabinet and it had dried food in it. The towels were the bare minimum , only one towel and cloth in kitchen, We had to do laundry every night. Garbage disposal has to be plugged in under the sink for it to work. Both bath room showers have mold in them and rusted shower rods, We had to constantly readjust the Air, it kept going back to 78-84. No one had gone out the patio and it was securely closed, The elevators are dangerous and not always working. One sat on a floor for we have no idea how long stuck there, But the worse thing was they would slam shut on a person with no warning. I was thrown against the wall by the door and have a mark on my arm from it. , it actually knocked me out of my shoe. Maybe some of the other units are better kept, but 405. We stay on Condo's all the time. Like I said they have all been far far nicer for far far less. Considering we are just coming out of Covid we were willing to pay extra but expect at least a quality place with the quality cleaning they claim they provide.
