Rat seen in room. Dresser drawer broken and fell on child's foot. Broken and old toilet seat. Neighbors hanging out, smoking and drinking on walkways. Nonsmoking room smells like smoke. Horrible environment.

perfect place to stay as far as having kids and being walking distance with everything. If I had to change anything it would only be to eliminate the cock roaches. I understand that it can be difficult sometimes but that is all I would change.
