Long time ago but I hate this place the carpet was moldy and the couch had springs coming out of it and the stairs were so slim that a fat person couldn’t go up it I don’t recommend it so yea I don’t recommend please never go here even if it is vacant :(

Steps from the beach. Loft is perfect for the kids' privacy. Pool is great, and visible from the room balcony. The living room is big, kitchen is small but has everything we need. Bathroom has a nice tub and shower. Master bedroom is roomy with washer and dryer...very handy. It was all super clean, roomy and a great location. The only bummer is it is the 3rd floor with no elevator.

We stayed here for spring break week. First the unpleasant part of the stay. We got there early and literally would not give us the key until 4 pm. The check in is at a different spot not far from the rental. Check in was good and staff friendly. Got to condo and inserted key, did not work. All four of us tried it with no success. Called and was told they would send someone, waited 45 min, called again. Was told not sure why key doesn't work, but someone would come, called again, hung up, called again and told security is on property to help. Waited 30 min called, security just left them. Finally someone came, sure enough, key doesn't work. We were handed master key. I guess they changed the locks and they gave us old key. Two hours in, we finally get into the condo. Condo nicely decorated, large TV with cable smaller TV in bedroom. The condo starting with a 1 is facing the gulf. Has some nice pots and pans to cook. Newer appliances and all worked great. Bath room is nice, shower is great and hot. Has small washer and dryer. Balcony with four chairs to watch the waves roll in. Double bed was comfortable. Went to use pull out sofa bed and it would not budge. With the app I put in a work order and they came next day. Sofa bed messed up. Offered 2 roll away, but declined. Would not be enough room to move with those in the condo. So my 5'7" and 5'10" girls slept on couch and loveseat. Still debating whether ac worked. Stayed about low 70 most of the time. Overall it was very nice. Even with the issues, we would book again. They originally offered 25% off due to key issue, but with others it should be 30%. This was booked thru home away and managed by Royal American Beach.
