ResortQuest Rentals at Summerwind Resorts

This condo was exactly as advertised.. it was all we needed. We were a family of 4. Location was great, the little store in the 1st tower was very convenient, and we have no complaints at all. We plan to return.

My biggest complaint is tower 8575 has an air freshener pointing at a fan, it is extremely gagging!! Ridiculous! Just STOP!

Has anyone stayed at summerwind in the first tower recently? My whole family ended up with sinus infections and sore throats. When we were out and about we were fine. But as soon as we came back into our room the sneezing, sore throats started again. We noticed that there was black mold in almost all of the vents. We have been coming here for 12 years. Last year we stayed on the 14th floor no problem 2 years ago we stayed in the same room we were in this week and everyone was sick as well that week. I took a video and the vents all have black mold inside of them. Im just curious if anyone else has had an issue? We are glad to be leaving today.
