Cabana Inn

Dogs that barked most of the night staying next door, a refrigerator that leaked, dog s**t left on the beach, a dirty diaper on the ground next to our room, toys and towels littered all over the pool...This is a poorly run property that needs a major management makeover!

Highly recommend and would definitely go back. The location is perfect and walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and most importantly the beach. The crosswalk in front of the hotel goes directly over to the pier and the public access with restrooms. The breakfast bar was amazing and the customer service from everyone was top-notch! Lots of different choices for breakfast. The room was very comfortable, but could’ve used a few more hooks to hang things. FYI, there is no freezer, but the ice machine is conveniently located close to the elevators. Quiet for the most part. Comfortable beds and pillows and although the floor wasn’t the cleanest, everything else was very clean. It is an older motel feeling but definitely fantastic for the cost. It’s a motel yet I felt very safe there. Definitely meets all of the needs. PET FRIENDLY!

Just spent a week at Surf and Sand. It has that old school beach vibe which is what we love. We loved it! The staff is amazing from Amanda (manager) to Elizabet (breakfast room). And the location is perfect. Plenty of great restaurants to walk to. We did not have a car but you do not need one. Gorgeous beach across the street. Just book the trip. You won’t regret it. And the locals are super friendly and helpful. Thanks Amanda!!
