Quality Inn N.A.S.-Corry

The moment I walked into the room I was discussed!!! It was filthy... The bed was thrown together, the doors were dirty, the mat in the bath tub rubber mat was dingy, the carpet was dirty and it smelled...

One of the worst motel if not the worst I ever stayed with choice privileges. There is nothing good to say about this motel. Nothing clean bot the sheets. NO smoke alarm in the RM. The refrigerator on the outside looks like a old rusty truck. Freezer a on the inside there so much frost you can't hardly see the freezer part. The mirror hasn't been cleaned in months. The furniture is filthy. Washcloths when not even make a good cleaning rag. It's one of those places you see in the movies and say not possible. One other when they put me in water was dripping out of the ceiling Some things have been updated carpet and tile in the bathroom. But the outdated furniture and and filthiness of the room leaves a lot to be desired.

(I never write reviews, but after this situation, and someone who travels a lot and has stayed at many different places, it’s needed to warn others to NOT stay here). Never stayed, and SUPER glad I didn’t. They charged me once I reserved, and still charged me after I canceled, even though they sent me a cancelation number and told me they’d refund me within 3-5 days. I attempted to call the hotel, with them telling me I need the managers approval and the manager not being in “the office” for a few days.. called back with the number having “temporary technical difficulties”. Called the Choice hotels customer services, only to have some lady (who sounded like she was in a tornado with horrible service) tell me I had reserved a non refundable and non cancellation room (NOT true) esp with them telling me and email confirmation that I was able to do both.. she called the hotel only to tell me refund needed managers authorization, and manager wasn’t going to be in the hotel till noon on a certain day.. which when calling back, phone is still having “temporary technical difficulties”. Made contact with choice hotels again, with them being able to somehow overright and state they can give me a refund, emailing me a confirmation receipt. Currently waiting for a 400$ refund, 2 months later. (P.S. driving past this rundown hotel is sketchy, with sketchy people walking around, and by the sound of other people’s reviews of horrible experiences, it’s sad this is outside of the Navy Base).
