Quality Inn Pensacola West

After having an extremely negative experience at another hotel, this room felt like 5-star luxury. Breakfast was hot, employees were friendly, and room was extremely clean. Beds were comfortable as well! Staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

Liars told me a rollaway bed was $30 then said $35 but charged my card $50! Then had the nerve to get smart about it. I will never stay at this location again

Absolutely a no go! Please save your time and money. The hotel could use some extreme updates for the cost per night. And the so called general manager whom by the way looks unprofessional (AJ) is a joke.
