Hilton Garden Inn Jacksonville/Ponte Vedra Hotel

Tried to change our date for a one night stay and they refused. We had to cancel and stay elsewhere. Only wanted to shift by one night as our road trip was held up. We have canceled our Hilton Honors and will never stay with them again. Sad! Plenty of good hotels who care about their customers! Ps we are Florida residents!

I had an excellent stay at Hilton Garden Inn Sawgrass Ponte Vedra. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and every area was well maintained. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help, making me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The food was delicious, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options. Overall, the outstanding cleanliness, excellent customer service, and wonderful dining experience made this a memorable visit. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

The staff is incredibly friendly. The rooms are great. The location is close to everything. Mulligan's is fun in the evening.
